Violence in Conflict Zone

The list of violence against women and girls is almost cover. Today is the number nine violence which is committed to women and girls in places in conflict. This violence is describes as the following:

This type of violence has been executed in several countries that are in conflict. It is important to note that the figures regarding this type of violence might be based on estimated percentages due to underreporting by survivors.

Unfortunately, this type of violence occurred in Bosnia and Herzegovina during the 1990s, in Rwanda in 1994, and in Guatemala from 1970 to 1983. Reports from the United Nations Commission of Human Rights and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights indicate that thousands of women and girls were victims of this type of violence during the conflict periods.
